In this meditation Kaitee takes you on a journey through your body, using your breath and visualizations to ground your energy. She uses breathing techniques, a body scan, visualizations and completes it with a short gratitude practice. Perfect way to start or end your day. 

Take 17 minutes out of your day to ground back to the present moment, actual meditation time: 16:02.

Connects you back to yourself

It’s essential for me to practice a lot of grounding and this meditation is very effective, especially last year during the lockdowns. The effects of the body scan is something akin to what I would personally experience in a yoga class in savasana and taking stock of my physical body. Also love the visualization parts. 🤍 Highly recommend to anyone who’s on their head a lot or whenever they need to feel rooted back in themselves.

For the past 2 years I’ve had really really bad anxiety about flying/planes, I’m talking hysterically crying through flights. A few days ago I had to fly & I played this Grounding Meditation on repeat during take off - I was totally calm and not anxious for the e n t i r e flight!! I just wanted to say thank you & let you know how much it helped me!💛 I highly recommend his meditation if you’re looking for one!
